Every invoice to one address. One check a week.Everyone paid.

Kinbox gives your family one email address for every provider's invoice. Once a week you check the list, lodge the claims in my NDIS and pay everyone in one go.

How a week goes

  1. Every provider sends to one address

Give your support workers, therapists and cleaners your Kinbox address once. Their invoices land there, whoever sends them.

  2. Each invoice is read and checked

Provider, ABN, dates, line items, amount and bank details, checked against your child's plan and matched to the right budget line.

    • Who sent it, and their ABN Read from every invoice and shown beside the provider, so you know who you are paying.
    • The bank details are the ones you paid last time If they change, the invoice is flagged and nothing is paid until you have checked with the provider.
    • The service dates sit inside your child's plan Anything outside the plan dates is held back for you to look at.
    • It isn't a duplicate If the same invoice arrives twice, the second one is flagged.
    • It is matched to a budget line You see what each line has left, and roughly when it runs out at this rate.
    • The 90-day claim clock starts From 1 December 2026, a claim has to be made within 90 days of the support. Every invoice shows how many days are left to claim it.
  3. You check the week and pay everyone

Check the list, copy each claim into my NDIS, then pay everyone from one list in your own bank. Each provider gets a remittance.

Try it here. Start with the line in yellow.

You keep the say.

Nothing is claimed or paid until you approve it. Kinbox never holds your money: you pay from your own bank. Your providers, your rates and your plan stay yours.

Your say, every time
Nothing is claimed or paid without you approving it. A read Kinbox is unsure of comes to you, never through on its own.
Show the working
Every flag says what was checked and why: the ABN, the bank details that changed, the date outside the plan.
Keep every record
Every invoice, claim and payment is kept for the legal retention period, and exports in one go.
Hold no money
No family money passes through Kinbox. You pay from your own bank.

Send it to my Kinbox.

What you tell every provider, once. Nothing changes about their work or their rates. Only where the invoice goes.

  1. 1

They send the invoice to your family's address. It doesn't change, whoever sends it.

  2. 2

They put the usual details on it. Their ABN, an invoice number, the dates of the support and their bank details.

  3. 3

They get paid, and a remittance. An email with the amount, the invoice and the date, every time you pay.

Try it on a real month of invoices.

The first pilot is 20 to 30 families who self-manage an NDIS plan. Join the list, try it on your real invoices, and tell us where it gets anything wrong.

What it costs

We haven't set the price yet. It will be on this page, per family per month, before Kinbox asks anyone to pay.

The NDIA's self-management guide says Core funding can pay for software that helps you self-manage. Check it fits your plan before you pay from it. Stop any time, and take every record with you.
