This notice covers this website, kinbox.au. The Kinbox app has its own privacy policy, which you agree to when you sign up, because it handles information about your child's supports and your providers' bank details.
Who we are
Kinbox is built by Jiffi. The business that runs Kinbox is [LEGAL ENTITY], ABN [ABN].
What this website collects
- If you join the pilot list: your first name, your email address, whether you are a parent or nominee, self-managing your own plan, or a provider, and roughly how many invoices you get a month, if you tell us.
- Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site, such as IP addresses, to keep it running and secure.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the pilot. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it or give it to anyone to market to you.
Where it is kept
Pilot sign-ups are stored in Australia, in a private store that only the Kinbox team can read.
How long we keep it
Until the pilot has finished, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Seeing, fixing or removing your details
Reply to any email we send you, or write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We'll do it and tell you when it's done.
